This entry-level customer service position earns a great hourly wage of $17 depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

We offer flexible schedules for a work / life balance . Full-time schedules start at 6 am, 7 : 30 am, or 9 am . Part-time employees have the option of working 6 am - 11 am, 11 am - 4 pm, or 4 pm - 9 pm .

Weekend shifts are available!

As an entry-level Intake Coordinator at our law firm, you help us fulfill our purpose by connecting interested individuals with our services.

You receive incoming calls as well as reach out to existing clients and prospective clients who have sent us their information.

That's right, NO cold calling!

While conversing with current or prospective clients on the phone, you apply your listening and customer service skills to ask a series of qualifying questions and determine how we can help them.

You are always warm and friendly, and you naturally create a connection with each person you speak with while helping them feel heard.
